About us

We are Jonathan (otherwise known as Noj) and Sarah and we are passionate about bikes and riding them.  Not only do we love the positive impact it has on your physical and mental health but we also love the great things it does for the environment.  Having spent a lot of time riding bikes, we appreciate how frustrating it is when a bike is not running like it did when it was new, or something breaks or some part of your body hurts because it is not set up correctly.

For these reasons, our vision is to help people keep riding. 

We set up Active Bike Co during the COVID-19 pandemic that forced us to consider and discern what we care about and how we spend our finite time on this planet.  I (Noj) could go into a 10,000-word essay on my perspective on life, politics, and religion, but we all know you're really reading this because at the minimum you need help with a bike!  

This business will grow and develop as we look to grow, add staff, and make it easier to service and repairs where you are.  For that please do engage with us and help us learn the best way of offering our services.  We hope you will find us focusing on what you need and want, you'll trust us and that we are agile.
